Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with The Skin Clique Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a small independent clinic, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on the business.

● Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice.

● Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

● Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.

● Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.

● By booking an appointment, you authorise The Skin Clique Clinic to charge any applicable cancellation fees in accordance with this policy.

Exceptional circumstances and genuine emergencies will always be considered at the clinic’s discretion.

Medical Information & Medications

Your safety is our priority.

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, including:

● Medical conditions

● Pregnancy or breastfeeding

● Allergies

● Prescription medications

● Recent treatments or procedures

● Any changes to your medical history

This information must be provided accurately on your consultation forms before your appointment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in your treatment being postponed or declined if it is deemed unsafe. If this occurs because the required information was not provided beforehand, the appointment will remain subject to the cancellation policy.

Consultation Forms

All consultation and consent forms must be completed fully before your appointment.

These forms are a requirement of our insurers and help ensure every treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored to your individual needs. Incomplete forms may result in your appointment being delayed or cancelled.

Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test to comply with manufacturer guidelines and insurance requirements, including (but not limited to):

● Lash Lift

● Brow Lamination

● Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting

Where a patch test is required, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange and attend this appointment before treatment.

If a valid patch test has not been completed, treatment cannot proceed and the appointment will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be unable to receive their treatment if it would impact subsequent appointments. In these circumstances, the appointment may be cancelled and charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

As the clinic operates on a private, one-to-one appointment basis, there is no waiting area. Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

If the person before is still there, please respect their privacy and wait outside.

Peak Period Appointments

Appointments during busy periods, including December (Christmas) and other advertised peak times, are in exceptionally high demand.

During these periods:

● A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.

● Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the treatment value.

● Appointment times cannot always be rearranged due to limited availability.

Right to Refuse Treatment

The Skin Clique Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Repeated late cancellations or no-shows

● Outstanding balances

● Failure to complete required consultation forms

● Failure to disclose relevant medical information

● Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol

● Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour

● Situations where treatment is considered unsafe or not in the client’s best interests

● Where clinical judgement determines that a treatment outcome would not be appropriate or achievable

Dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatments are fully bespoke, medical aesthetic procedures. Treatment plans, product placement, and product quantities are determined solely by the practitioner based on professional assessment, facial anatomy, and safety considerations. Clients acknowledge that the practitioner’s clinical judgement is final.

Follow-up or “review” appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments do not automatically guarantee additional product or a top-up. Any decision to administer further treatment will be made at the practitioner’s discretion, only where it is clinically indicated and appropriate.
