Pre Care

-Avoid sun exposure/ sunbeds for at least two weeks prior to treatment 

-No facial waxing/ depilatory creams for 7 days prior to treatment 

-Do not use topical agents on your face that may increase the sensitivity of your skin such as any prescription products, retinoids, exfoliants, topical antibiotics or acids 10 days prior to your treatment. Please ask if you are unsure. 

-Always apply a broad spectrum sunscreen (minimum SPF 30) even in winter & when your inside.

-Avoid the gym / exercise 24 hours prior 

-Avoid any laser/ IPL procedures, unprotected sun exposure or sunbeds for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment 

-Do not use aspirin or antil inflammatorys for 3 days prior to treatment 

-Do not shave the day of the procedure to avoid skin irritation. If there’s dense hair present in the treatment area, shave the day before you arrive for your appointment.

*Please note you cannot have any advanced facial treatments for a minimum of 6 months after coming off Accutane
