Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with The Skin Lord, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Clients must be 18 years of age or over to receive treatment.
• Valid photo identification may be required to confirm age.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if ID cannot be provided.

• A 20% booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
• Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are deducted from the total cost of treatment on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 80% of the booking fee.
• Failure to attend (no-shows) will also result in an 80% charge of the booking fee.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

• Clients are advised not to arrive more than 10 minutes early to prevent appointment crossover.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.
• If an appointment cannot proceed due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charges will apply.

• Clients must attend appointments alone.
• Children and additional guests are not permitted, in line with insurance requirements.

• All clients are required to complete medical history and consent forms prior to treatment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or changes in health.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment refusal and The Skin Lord accepts no liability in such cases.
• Clients should not attend appointments if they are unwell or have experienced COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days.

• The Skin Lord reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
• In such cases, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at the practitioner’s discretion.

• Results from aesthetic and injectable treatments vary between individuals.
• No guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes or longevity.
• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.
• Maintenance treatments are often necessary.

• All treatment courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Missed sessions within a course are subject to the same cancellation policy.

• New clients booking anti-wrinkle injections must fill out all forms promptly in order to obtain a prescription from my prescriber prior to treatment.
• Anti-wrinkle prescriptions are valid for 12 months, subject to medical suitability.

• Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided by The Skin Lord.
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
• The Skin Lord cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

• All injectable treatments carry risks, including bruising, swelling, asymmetry, infection, or rare complications.
• Clients must contact the clinic immediately if they experience unexpected symptoms following treatment.
• Emergency care may be required in rare cases.

• Any concerns regarding treatment outcomes must be raised within 28 days of the appointment.
• Concerns raised outside of this timeframe may not be considered.

• With consent, before and after photographs may be taken for medical records and, where agreed, for marketing purposes.
• Clients may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

• All client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• Personal data will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

• The Skin Lord reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The latest version will always be available on the website.
