Aftercare

• No sticky food or acid drinks for 2 hours after crystal is placed. • No gum chewing for 2 hours after the crystal is placed. • Do not brush teeth for 12 hours, no electric brushing for 24 hours after crystal is placed and do not brush hard. • Try not to eat hard foods for the first 10 days e.g apples. • DO NOT play, bite or put pressure on the crystals. • Rinse mouth after every meal.
