• I am not responsible for gems coming off after a 7 day period as this will be an issue of not following the correct aftercare. • If it is within the 7 day window I am more than happy to replace them for you free of charge. • No refunds. • If you would like swarovski crystals please let me know before booking your appointment. • Abide to the aftercare information. • The gems can last anywhere between 1 month and 4 months it all depends on how you look after them and your oral hygiene.
