- You may choose to pay upfront for your appointment or pay on the day of your service.
- Please note: any breach of the booking policies (including no-shows, late reschedules,cancellations, or lateness beyond the grace period) will result in loss of payment or your card being charged in full.
- If you wish to pay upfront, please send a message to request bank transfer details.
- Standard working hours are Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (DN8 area).
- Out-of-hours appointments are available from as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 11:30 PM.
- These times fall outside regular working hours and therefore incur an additional charge of £10.
- Out-of-hours slots may still appear as open and available when booking, to make scheduling more convenient for clients however, please keep in mind the extra £10 fee applies to any bookings made during those times.
• Appointments booked in the DN6 area will incur a £10 travel fee in addition to the service cost.
