All appointments require valid card details at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
If you cancel or do not show up, your card will be charged the full amount of the service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
All bookings are non refundable.
In the event of a no show, Extreme lateness or cancellation, the card on file will be charged in full.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 days before your booking payment total will be transferred to the new date at no extra cost.
The new appointment date must be within 30 days of the original booking.
Same day reschedules (for emergencies only) are allowed once, with payment total transferred and no added fees.
Failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiture of your payment, and your card will be charged in full. You will need to rebook if you wish to schedule again.
Extra Charges
Out-of-hours or travel appointments incur additional fees.
These must be selected at the time of booking; otherwise, the balance will be added on the day of service.
Lateness
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals 15–20+ minutes late may result in cancellation of the service and loss of payment or card charge.
If timing allows and it does not affect subsequent clients, you may still be accommodated otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled.
Photos & Videos
Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
You may request that your full face not be shown.
Images may be lightly edited for quality only.

Please contact me immediately if you have any concerns.
Issues reported after 48 hours are out of my control.
Refunds are not provided, but I offer free fixes, alterations, or rectifications where necessary.
Guests & +1
Please ask in advance if you wish to bring a +1 (friend, partner, or family member), as space is limited and I may not always be able to accommodate extra guests.
If you and a friend or family member have back-to-back appointments, they are welcome to wait quietly during your appointment while waiting for theirs to begin, provided this doesn’t disrupt the session or other clients.
Respecting Appointment Times
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce your service time or result in cancellation and loss of payment.
If you arrive early, you may be asked to wait until your scheduled time while I prepare for your session.
Clean & Prepared
Please arrive with the area to be treated clean and free of makeup, lotions, or products (if applicable to your service).
This helps ensure the best results and a smooth, hygienic service.
Service Conditions
I have the right to refuse or stop a service if hygiene standards or behaviour are unsuitable, or if the client’s condition may impact results or safety.
Services are provided at your own risk. I will take all reasonable precautions but cannot be held liable for adverse reactions, sensitivity, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Aftercare & Results
Each client’s results may vary based on individual lifestyle, skin type, and adherence to aftercare.
I provide full aftercare guidance failure to follow these instructions may affect your results and is not my responsibility.
No guarantees are made on outcome, longevity, or personal satisfaction, as every treatment reacts differently per individual.
Health & Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and suitable for treatment and fill out all forms truthfully.
I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it could be unsafe or unsuitable for you.
Professional Conduct
I maintain a respectful, calm, and professional environment.
Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment with no refund.
Recording, filming, or photographing during your appointment is not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Liability & Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Booking Policies.
I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring as a result of failure to disclose information, failure to follow aftercare, or circumstances beyond my control (e.g., reactions, travel delays, etc.).
These terms are in place to protect both the client and the business and ensure a smooth, professional experience for everyone.
Consultation Forms
All clients are required to complete their consultation forms in advance.
Forms are sent automatically once your booking is confirmed.
These forms are essential to confirm that you are suitable for the treatment and to ensure your safety and best results.
If your forms are not completed before your appointment, and must instead be filled in on the day, you risk being turned away if it becomes clear you are not suitable for the treatment.
In this case, your card will still be charged in full as time was reserved for you.
To avoid this, please complete your forms as soon as possible this allows me to review your suitability in advance and, if necessary, cancel your appointment without any charge and explain the reason clearly.
Completing your forms early helps us save time, avoid delays, and ensure you have the best possible experience.
