Booking & Payment •Full payment is required upfront (via bank transfer or cash) to secure your appointment. •No bookings are confirmed until payment is received, unless otherwise discussed. Cancellation & No-Shows •No refunds for cancellations or missed appointments. •If payment wasn’t made yet, your card will still be charged. Rescheduling •Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days in advance to your appointment •Your new rescheduled appointment must be within 30days from your original date. •The paid amount can be transferred to the new appointment. •Failure to reschedule on time means you forfeit the full amount (card will be charged). Extra Charges •Out-of-hours, weekends, or special day bookings will incur additional fees. •Fees may be added to your payment or taken from your card if not paid . Lateness •10-minute grace period is allowed. •If 15–20+ minutes late, your appointment may still go ahead only if it doesn’t affect others. •Arriving late with or without notice or disrupting the schedule will lead to cancellation and full charge. Photos & Videos •You may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. •Full-face photos are not required if you’re uncomfortable. •Images may be edited to enhance quality e.g., removing blemishes). Concerns or Issues •For any problems (e.g. skin reactions, lash issues), contact within 48 hours. •After 2 days, issues are out of the artist’s control and down to aftercare and your own health responsibilities. ⸻ By booking you agree to all terms above.
