These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Unfiltered Glow Skin Clinic (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking an appointment with us, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be made via our online booking system or directly through the clinic. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Deposits and Payments

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Payment details will be confirmed during the booking process.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
• Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will also incur the full fee.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you, the full treatment fee will still apply.

6. Client Suitability and Health

It is your responsibility to provide accurate health and skincare information prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may not be suitable for your skin or health condition.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every client’s skin and response to treatment are unique.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

We collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and relevant health details for the purposes of providing professional skincare services, managing bookings, and maintaining treatment records.

Your data is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

9. Liability

While every care is taken to ensure your safety, Unfiltered Glow Skin Clinic cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that occur where information has not been disclosed or following aftercare instructions has not been followed.
