Had a Japanese head spa on Thursday. It was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had. I felt so welcome from the second I walked through the door. Kizzy & her mum were amazing. I booked to get my lashes done and they are the best I’ve had. So refreshing to find a lash artist that listens to exactly what you want, and I’m mega fussy. This place is an absolute gem of a find. they will be seeing more of me for sure! X

It’s such a comforting environment, especially great if you’re a bit nervous. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable, in the event of cancellation or no-show 100% of service payment will be required else blocking from further appointments will be put in place. If you reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your future booking.
I do not issue refunds, I will however try and rectify the issue as best I can at no charge
£50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, this will be decided at your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit up to 48 hours before your appointment, anything after that or a no show required 100% of your appointment fee. You will not be able to rebook unless this has been paid.
All treatment prices include your 6 week top up. New clients treatment is a 2 appointment process the initial procedure and the touch-up The touch-up is to revisit any areas that are needed. Your second appointment should be booked 5-6 weeks no later than 8 weeks anything after will be a charge of £180 standard colour boost appointment.
Rarely but possible a client may need an additional appointment dependant on their skin type having more risistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare and will be charged accordingly. All aftercare will be discussed upon consultation and completing your first appointment. Successful permanent make up results cannot be guaranteed to all our clients. Some skin does not retain pigment well. Problematic skin such as very dry or very oily skin can give varied results which cannot be foreseen by the technicia. We do Not offer refunds as the treatments are carried out at a cost to the technician.
if you already have existing permanent makeup in the desired procedure area you must make your technician aware and send us a picture prior for approval.
You must be 18 + to receive treatment. You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
A patch test is required at least 24 hours before your appointment, this can be performed in clinic or sent out in the pos, However you can also sign a waiver for not having a patch test.
