At UrbanLash Aesthetics, we value our clients and strive to provide the best experience for everyone. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients and staff, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment
- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the full payment for the service will be incurred.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours of Your Appointment
- If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be retained by the salon.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling Outside of the 48-Hour Period
- If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour period, your deposit will be refunded onto a gift card. This gift card can be used for services or products at the salon and will be valid for six months from the issue date.
