The best thing you can do for yourself and your body is to rest. I always advise plenty of rest, plenty of water, and for you to take some time to think about how you're feeling, body, mind & spirit.
Here's a short practice for after massage/reiki/coaching sessions with me:
First, ground yourself. If you can stand on the earth barefoot then awesome, if not try and find another way of grounding. Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth. Roll your shoulders back and down, away from your ears.
Feel your breath coming and going naturally, feel your heart beating in your chest. Take a long breath in and feel your stomach, lungs and chest filling with air, slowly release your breath again. If you can, use your arms to count your breath, raising them up to the sky on your full inhale, and back to the side of your body on the exhale. Do this 5 times. End with your hands on your hips, elbows facing back and shoulders loose. Feel the spaciousness of the chest, see if you can keep that spaciousness as long as you can
Feel your body and notice the parts that feel great and the parts that don't.
