I’m Jules, the WaterWitch of York.
For over 20 years, I’ve supported women through the cycles, pressures, and transitions that life brings—through touch, movement, energy work, and conversation.
My work weaves together massage therapy, yoga therapy, life coaching, and reiki healing to create something deeply supportive, yet simple:
A space where you can soften, be held, and come back home to yourself.
There’s a moment many women reach… where pushing through no longer works.
Where the tension in your shoulders, the constant tiredness, the feeling of being “on edge” becomes your normal.
And somewhere underneath it all, you know your body is asking for something different
Over the years, I’ve worked with women who:
- feel constantly overwhelmed or burnt out
- carry tension, pain, or stress in their bodies
- are navigating motherhood, life changes, or emotional exhaustion
- have spent so long caring for others, they’ve lost connection with themselves
And what I’ve seen time and time again is this:
When a woman feels safe enough to truly relax… her body begins to shift, release, and restore in ways that go far beyond the physical.
My approach isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about listening -to your body, your energy, and what you need in that moment.
Each treatment is intuitive and tailored, whether that’s through deeper physical work, gentle nurturing touch, or subtle energy balancing.
my work is created as a calm, grounded space for women to pause.
To step out of the noise. To release what they’ve been holding. And to return to themselves - feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
