Proper preparation ensures better retention, a more comfortable application, and beautiful, long-lasting results.

24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment

Avoid Caffeine (if sensitive) Caffeine can make it harder to relax and may cause eye fluttering during your appointment.

Remove Old Extensions If you have existing extensions from another salon, they must be professionally removed prior to your full set.

The Day of Your Appointment

Arrive With Clean, Bare Lashes Your lashes must be completely free of:

• Mascara
• Eye makeup
• Oils
• Lash serums
• Eye creams

Any residue can prevent proper bonding and affect retention.

Shower Before Your Appointment You’ll need to avoid water and steam for 24 hours after your service.

Avoid Contact Lenses Please remove contacts before your appointment and bring glasses if needed.

Come Ready to Relax Appointments can take 1.5–3 hours depending on the set. Avoid scheduling back-to-back commitments.
