After Massage Therapy
- Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Rest if you feel tired ā this is normal
- Avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day
- Take a warm (not hot) shower if needed to ease muscle tension
- Mild soreness may occur for 24ā48 hours ā this is normal
- Apply heat to tight areas or cold to tender spots if needed

- Avoid intense physical activity for 24 hours
- Keep the needle sites clean and avoid touching them
- Drink water and eat light meals
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol for the rest of the day
- If you feel tired, allow yourself some rest ā this is common
- Minor bruising or tenderness at needle sites can happen and should settle within 1ā2 days
- Avoid heavy stress and give your body time to rebalance

- Keep your feet clean and dry
- Avoid tight footwear after treatment
- Apply any recommended creams or products as advised
- If nails were trimmed or callus reduced, avoid high-impact activity for the day
- For corn treatment, follow the specific dressing or cream advice given
- Contact me if you notice unusual redness, swelling or pain

Get in touch if you experience:
- Persistent pain lasting more than 48 hours
- Signs of infection (heat, redness, discharge)
- Any reaction that worries you
