Terms and conditions ✅ Deposit Required A small non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This helps avoid last-minute cancellations and protects the time I set aside just for you. The remaining balance is paid at your appointment. ✅ Cancellations / Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being retained. ✅ Late Arrivals If you're running late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but please note your session may need to be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. ✅ Health & Safety If you’re feeling unwell, or have any recent injuries or medical changes, please let me know before your appointment — your safety comes first! ✅ Massage + Foot Health Clients I offer both services separately or as a combination (if booked in advance). If you’re unsure which you need, just ask and I’ll be happy to advise. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
