A small non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This helps avoid last-minute cancellations and protects the time I set aside just for you. The remaining balance is paid at your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being retained.
If you're running late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but please note your session may need to be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
If you’re feeling unwell, or have any recent injuries or medical changes, please let me know before your appointment — your safety comes first!
I offer both services separately or as a combination (if booked in advance). If you’re unsure which you need, just ask and I’ll be happy to advise.
