Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non refundable. If cancelled or changed outwith 48 hours deposit can still be used towards a new appointment within 6 weeks. Appointments can be changed or rescheduled free of charge outwith 48 hours of appointment time. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours will be charged 20% cancellation fee. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged full amount of treatment price
