1️⃣ Choose your treatment length
The longer the treatment length, the fewer sessions needed and the quicker you’ll reach your desired shade.
It can take up to 3 sessions to achieve maximum whiteness.
2️⃣ Check add on options
Please review and select any add ons before continuing with your booking.
3️⃣ Card details ≠ payment
You will be asked to enter your card details when booking.
⚠️ No payment is taken at this stage — this is for card verification only.
4️⃣ Deposit payment (important)
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a separate email with:
- A consultation form
- A payment link for a £20 non-refundable deposit
The £20 deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your total on the day.

This treatment is self-administered by the client, with my supervision and guidance to ensure proper use and comfort throughout the process. No dental diagnoses or treatment is provided.
I operate strictly within the scope of cosmetics regulations, using safe UK-compliant whitening gels provided by SimplyWhiteLtd.
Side effects?
Common side effects may include temporary tooth sensitivity which usually fades within 3 days. These effects resolve on their own. To help minimise any discomfort, Sensodyne toothpaste and vitamin E swabs are provided as part of your aftercare.
How long does it last?
Results from cosmetic teeth whitening can last upto a year or even longer depending on maintenance and lifestyle habits. Can take up to three sessions to achieve your desired results and from then onwards, top ups are recommended every 3-6 months to maintain the results. Sessions have to be 4-6weeks apart.
Pre treatment care?
•Recommended hygienist appointment for those with compromised oral health.
•Thorough brushing and flossing prior to your appointment.
•Sensodyne can be used leading up to your treatment date.
•Calcium enriched foods will aid gum and teeth strength before and after your appointment.
After treatment care?
•First 3 hours post treatment only allows for drinking room temperature water.
•First 3 days post treatment requires a white diet as your tooth pores are open to staining. Avoid acidic foods, beverages, and anything that would stain a white T shirt in these first 3 days to prevent sensitivity and staining.
•To prevent staining, use a straw to drink harsh drinks like coffee or soft drinks, and to avoid tobacco.
Failing to administer proper after care will result in poor longevity of brightened teeth.

Please be aware some clients may experience slight sensitivity/ discomfort after treatment this is perfectly normal and may last up to 24-48 hours after treatment.
There is an option in the ‘Add on’ section to have desensitising gels applied before the treatment to help reduce sensitivity throughout and after session.
Free aftercare kit will be provided to all clients regardless of treatment length to help maintain results.
Some clients may need 2-3 sessions to reach their desired shade and this varies depending on whether you are a smoker, regular coffee drinker or deep staining etc
Results can last up to a year or even longer depending on lifestyle habits and maintenance.
