I walked into Helen's beautiful cabin aching and in pain and left feeling like I was floating. I was lucky enough to experience the Relaxing Ritual Massage using melted candle wax. The moment I walked into the room, I was greeted by the most amazing aromas of jasmine , clary sage and rose ,just beautiful The sensation of that lovely warm, silky oil being poured onto my skin before being massaged in was absolutely heavenly. The cabin itself is so cosy and welcoming, and with the gentle sound of the river running by, it really was the perfect setting to completely switch off from the world. I totally relaxed, forgot about everything else and had the best night's sleep afterwards. I honestly can't recommend Helen enough. She offers so many wonderful treatments, the hardest part is deciding which one to book next. Oh and you can also order the candle set she used, from her, so I am looking forward to teaching my husband how to use it! Thank you, Helen, just what I needed!

Helen provided a lovely, relaxing environment and the massage was wonderful - I think the best I’ve ever had. It felt very tailored to what my body needed. A truly holistic experience.

Lovely head and shoulder massage. It’s where I store a lot of tension, especially if I’m doing editing on my laptop. Helen’s treatment is underpinned by her understanding of anatomy, as well as restorative and hatha yoga- with a good pinch of intuition! I fell into a deep sleep during the treatment and woke up feeling great. Highly recommended.

Helen makes you instantly feel calm in her presence. I have thoroughly enjoyed Yoga Therapy and Helen gave me practical steps to practice at home. Very talented and intuitive lady.

Where do I start … this was by far one of the BEST massage/ experiences I have EVER had. So I went for the full works as it’s my 40th coming up. This included lymphatic massage into full body! Then a treatment I know I’ll be hooked on - facial cupping. My face is glowing and so plump! I literally feel like a new woman leaving. But let’s talk about Helen for a second - such a warm welcoming lady, the studio is stunning and full of natural sunshine. She played stunning beach waves, sprayed lavender and guided me through breath work throughout! I could just tell she wanted me to enjoy the whole experience. I have already booked my next appointment… I’ve been having massage for years as a tattoo artist. But I’ve found my place now. Thank you Helen for being so incredible - I can’t wait to come back

I cannot speak highly enough of Helen. She is clearly so aware of the interconnectedness of the different parts of the body, and is able to soothe and release areas of tension through an almost magical whole body process. I could feel knots in my back release during work on my arms and feet. Her presence and intention during the massage makes it truly relaxing and deeply restorative. A completely bespoke experience that is sure to be just what you didn’t know you needed.
