Where do I start … this was by far one of the BEST massage/ experiences I have EVER had. So I went for the full works as it’s my 40th coming up. This included lymphatic massage into full body! Then a treatment I know I’ll be hooked on - facial cupping. My face is glowing and so plump! I literally feel like a new woman leaving. But let’s talk about Helen for a second - such a warm welcoming lady, the studio is stunning and full of natural sunshine. She played stunning beach waves, sprayed lavender and guided me through breath work throughout! I could just tell she wanted me to enjoy the whole experience. I have already booked my next appointment… I’ve been having massage for years as a tattoo artist. But I’ve found my place now. Thank you Helen for being so incredible - I can’t wait to come back

I cannot speak highly enough of Helen. She is clearly so aware of the interconnectedness of the different parts of the body, and is able to soothe and release areas of tension through an almost magical whole body process. I could feel knots in my back release during work on my arms and feet. Her presence and intention during the massage makes it truly relaxing and deeply restorative. A completely bespoke experience that is sure to be just what you didn’t know you needed.

I met Helen around a year ago . Our first encounter I was soothing her neck and shoulders at the Green gathering after she’d had a very busy summer !! Today , I got to lay on the massage table at her beautiful studio & I am so proud and excited about what she has to offer . Honestly , you’d never believe she was new to this skill . I had a deep tissue massage with Helen this evening and it was honestly the best I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, her cosy home studio felt warm and welcoming, and the lovely scented products she used made the experience even more relaxing. I've recently been dealing with a frozen shoulder, and Helen took so much care and time to work on the tension and stiffness in my shoulder, neck and arm. She was attentive and incredibly thorough.
