Appointments & Responsibility
All lash and hair extension services are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism. We accept responsibility for our work for up to 48 hours following your appointment, provided that all aftercare advice given has been followed. Should you experience excessive fallout or issues within this 48-hour period, please contact us promptly and we will assess and, where appropriate, correct the service.
After the initial 48 hours, any issues including but not limited to fallout, retention, tangling, damage caused by aftercare non-compliance, lifestyle factors or third-party products become the client’s responsibility, and no complimentary corrections or refunds will be offered.
Results and longevity of lash and hair extensions may vary depending on natural hair/lash condition, growth cycle, lifestyle and aftercare compliance.
Aftercare
Clients are required to follow all aftercare instructions provided at the time of their appointment. Failure to do so may affect results and void responsibility within the stated period.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. This charge must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation, and the cancellation policy may still apply.
Health & Suitability
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
