Zilda is such a lovely person, and the studio is warm and inviting. I had a 1 hour Reiki session, which was amazing, and came away feeling so relaxed. I would highly recommend Zilda, and will certainly return.

I come every two weeks and get reiki and gua sha but this time I tried the bamboo tapping and it was amazing. So relaxing and energising! I can't wait to rebook!
