Appointments outside my working hours can be requested and i will try my best to accommodate but please understand that this may not always be possible🫶🏼
Located @JadeHillHairdressing Dogsthorpe🩷 There is free parking outside the salon but please allow extra time to find a space especially if its your first time visiting the salon✨
- All appointment require a £20 booking fee to confirm your appointment, if not paid within 24hrs of messaging, your appointment will be passed on!
- Your Booking fee is non refundable and this is to guarantee your slot, However it will come off the total on the day!
- Cancellations must be made atleast 48hours before your scheduled appointment, if not you will be expected to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel on the day of your appointment or no show you will be expected to pay a 100% no show fee! As this is simply a waste of my time and childcare!
- If you are late to your appointment i will have to assess the time situation and see whether there is enough time to complete your service, I do not like to rush my services or half heartedly do them, so if there is not enough time this will be a 50% lateness fee and appointment reschedule.
- All fees must be paid before you can rebook back in with me, i understand things may happen unexpectedly or things come up, However, all i ask is that you inform me asap to avoid any disappointment.
- Any problems within 48hrs of service will be resolved free of charge if possible, Any longer will be charged for as its no longer my fault.
