•Oil your cuticles everyday •DO NOT pick and bite at your nails •Try keep your nails out of water as much as possible •DO NOT use your nails as a tool •Make sure to be careful opening cans/tins •Be aware of staining •Book infills in advance to maintain healthy nails!

•DO NOT get lashes wet for 24-48 hours •Sleep on your back or invest in a 3D eye mask •DO NOT wear mascara over extensions Clean your lashes regularly and your eyes •DO NOT pick & pull your lashes! Avoid oily products on the eyes/lashes. •DO NOT go on sunbeds/saunas for 48 hours •Avoid touching your lashes, the natural oils can break down glue bonds •Book infills in advance to maintain healthy lashes!
