Terms and Conditions

•Any problems within 72hrs of service will be resolved free of charge if possible,Any longer will require a charge as this is no longer my fault •All appointments require a £10 deposit when being placed, this will come off the total bill on the day! •Cancellations must be made within 48hrs of scheduled appointment,If done correctly you will receive your deposit back,If failed to do so this will require a 50% cancellation fee! •You may reschedule your appointment once with your deposit, however if you wish to move it again you will loose your deposit and be required to pay a new one! •If you do not show up to your appointment this will result in a 100% no show fee as this is simply a waste of my time and childcare! •If you are late to your appointment we will have to assess the situation and if there is enough time to complete the service, if i feel that this is not possible this will result in being classed as a no show so will require 100% no show fee!
