â˘Any problems within 72hrs of service will be resolved free of charge if possible,Any longer will require a charge as this is no longer my fault â˘All appointments require a ÂŁ10 deposit when being placed, this will come off the total bill on the day! â˘Cancellations must be made within 48hrs of scheduled appointment,If done correctly you will receive your deposit back,If failed to do so this will require a 50% cancellation fee! â˘You may reschedule your appointment once with your deposit, however if you wish to move it again you will loose your deposit and be required to pay a new one! â˘If you do not show up to your appointment this will result in a 100% no show fee as this is simply a waste of my time and childcare! â˘If you are late to your appointment we will have to assess the situation and if there is enough time to complete the service, if i feel that this is not possible this will result in being classed as a no show so will require 100% no show fee!
