A 5O% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment which will be deducted to your final payment. This should be paid 24 hours upon booking.
If you cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment your booking fee will be lost. It can be transferred to the next appointment if you give us more than 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please not that this fee remains valid for 7 days from the date of rescheduling; if a new appointment is not confirmed within this window, the fee will be forfeited to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations with 0 notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be turned away and be charged a cancellation fee.
