From booking my first appointment, Amira was helpful and accommodating and changed my appointment time and date when I realised I needed to change it. On arrival for my patch test, Amira was so welcoming and kind - she spent time making sure she tested her products on me before my eyebrow appointment the week after (this was my first visit to Amira). I didn’t feel rushed at all. I received the same warm welcome the following week when I visited for my eyebrow mapping/wax/tint. The room was cozy and relaxing. Amira spent time and effort doing the mapping initially, and made sure I was happy with the shape. Then I lay on the bed and was covered in a lovely cozy blanket. Then she began the wax and tint. Well.. I have NEVER almost fallen asleep during an eyebrow appointment. Amira was gentle and I felt like I was having a treatment rather than a quick brow appointment. It was amazing. Now I know why her appointments are a little longer than the usual 15 min slot you get at other salons. And luckily my brows look wonderful too and I’m very happy with the end result. Amira is so lovely, it is a joy to spend time in her company, we do have a laugh! Apart from that she is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and keen to perfect her skills even more. I have very hooded eyelids and she creates a bespoke eyelash pattern to suit each individual to ensure you are happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Amira to anyone.
