A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment which will be deducted from final payment. This should be paid within 24 hours upon booking. - - - - - - - - If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be lost. It can be transferred to the next appointment if you give us more than 48 hours notice of the cancellation. - - - - - - - I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the treatment, please let me know within 24 hours to discuss your concerns and we can determine if a fix can be done. It will be a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 24 hours of last appointment or if you failed to follow aftercare instructions the follow up appointment will be charged at a full price.
If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior. This includes runny nose, cough, cold, eye infection, flu, Covid-19 etc. If you arrive at the appointment and you are ill, the service cannot be performed and the deposit will not be refunded. This is to protect other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to all first time lash/brow lift & tinting services. ----- You will need a new patch test if you have not had a treatment with us within 6 months or if you have had any medical changes since your last appointment. ----- Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation and you may lose your booking fee. ----- It is your responsibility to make sure you are patch tested prior to your appointment.
Please note: At least 40% of lashes must be remaining for you to have an infill. If you have less than 40% of lashes remaining please book in for a full set. ----- Unfortunately we do not infill other peoples work so if this is the case please book a removal & a full set. ----- Please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes, if you do not have time to clean your lashes prior to your appointment we can clean them in the salon. Please be aware that this will eat into your lash appointment time. ----- For cancellations within 48 hours, the booking fee will be charged. Cancellations with no notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be turned away and be charged full price. ----- *** All services are non refundable ***
