A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment which will be deducted from final payment. This should be paid within 24 hours upon booking.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be lost. It can be transferred to the next appointment if you give us more than 48 hours notice of the cancellation.
I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the treatment, please let me know within 24 hours to discuss your concerns and we can determine if a fix can be done. It will be a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 24 hours of last appointment or if you failed to follow aftercare instructions the follow up appointment will be charged at a full price.
If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior. This includes runny nose, cough, cold, eye infection, flu, Covid-19 etc.
If you arrive at the appointment and you are ill, the service cannot be performed and the deposit will not be refunded. This is to protect other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are patch tested prior to your appointment.
