Here at Beauty Within, I offer a 55 Minute Hot Stone Massage
A 55- minute treatment using gently heated stones to ease deep tension and encourage muscle release. Warm stones are used alongside smooth, flowing strokes across the back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders, finishing with a brief facial relaxation.

Here at Beauty Within, I offer a 60 Minute Reiki Healing
A gentle 60-minute energy-healing treatment designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation. While you rest fully clothed on the treatment couch, I place my hands lightly on or just above key areas of the body to encourage the natural flow of energy, releasing stress and emotional tension. Reiki works with the body's chakras subtle energetic centres along the spine to help clear and harmonise energy so it can flow more freely, supporting emotional balance, vitality and relaxation. Clients often feel a calming warmth, reduced anxiety, clearer mental focus and improved sleep after a session. Reiki supports overall wellbeing, helps ease fatigue and can complement other therapies an inviting hour of self-care to slow down, recharge and reconnect with your inner calm.
