I am Tracey, a Registered Nurse with a background in Haematology, Oncology, and Palliative care. My years in the clinical setting have taught me that while medicine is essential, the power of human touch is often the most profound tool for healing. In palliative nursing, I witnessed firsthand how a compassionate, intentional touch can calm the nervous system, reduce pain, and restore a sense of dignity and peace when words aren't enough.

A gentle 60-minute energy-healing treatment designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation. While you rest fully clothed on the treatment couch, I place my hands lightly on or just above key areas of the body to encourage the natural flow of energy, releasing stress and emotional tension. Reiki works with the body's chakras subtle energetic centres along the spine to help clear and harmonise energy so it can flow more freely, supporting emotional balance, vitality and relaxation. Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a gentle, therapeutic treatment tailored specifically to support your changing body, helping to alleviate the aches, pains, muscle tension and fluid retention that often occur throughout pregnancy. It promotes deep relaxation, improves circulation and lymphatic flow, and nurtures both you and your growing baby.
You will be positioned comfortably lying on your right side, fully supported with specialised cushions and bolsters to ensure optimal comfort, stability and safety at all times. Treatment begins with slow, rhythmic work over the back, focusing on releasing tight muscles, easing stiffness and relieving built‑up tension. You are then gently turned onto your left side, allowing me to work thoroughly across the other side of the back to ensure full balance and relaxation throughout the whole spinal area.
Pressure is always light to medium and firm but gentle — never deep or forceful — adapted carefully to your comfort level, stage of pregnancy and individual needs at every appointment. Essential oils suitable for pregnancy may be used, strictly with your full consent and only after a consultation to ensure absolute safety for you and your baby.
Following the back work, I continue with soothing massage over the legs and feet, ideal for easing heaviness, swelling and aching joints. Soft, nurturing strokes are then applied over the baby bump, helping you feel deeply connected with your baby while calming and relaxing you both. We then work over the arms, neck and shoulders — areas where tension is most commonly held — finishing with a wonderfully calming massage over the head, face and scalp to leave you feeling peaceful, grounded, revitalised and completely at ease.
