Jade gave me a sports massage as I entered the tapering stage of my London Marathon preparation. I was struggling with knee pain and the work that Jade did on my legs really seemed to loosen them up and help to alleviate the pain.

Amazing!! I was advised by an orthopaedic consultant to get a deep tissue/ sports massage before undergoing physio….. Jade was really flexible with available appointments. The pain I had has disappeared! Thank you Jade x

Jade is absolutely fantastic and goes out of her way to make sure that you feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable about what she is doing. Would definitely recommend her.
