"Therapist" refers to Jade from Bosses Sports Massage, the provider of sports massage therapy services.
"Client" refers to the individual receiving sports massage therapy services from the Therapist.
"Treatment" refers to the sports massage therapy services provided by the Therapist.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
The Client is responsible for scheduling appointments with the Therapist.
The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of the full massage amount.
Fees and Payment
The fees for Treatment are as advertised or as agreed upon between the Therapist and the Client.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged with the Therapist.
Accepted methods of payment are cash, card payment or bank transfer.
Health Information and Consultation
The Client must provide accurate and complete health information to the Therapist, including any injuries, medical conditions, or medications they are taking.
The Therapist will conduct a consultation with the Client before the first Treatment to discuss their needs and goals.
The Client must inform the Therapist of any changes to their health information.
Treatment
The Therapist will provide Treatment to the best of their ability and in accordance with industry standards.
The Client understands that sports massage therapy is intended to enhance performance, aid recovery, and prevent injury, but is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
The Client may experience some discomfort during or after Treatment, and should inform the Therapist immediately if they experience any pain.
Liability
The Therapist is not liable for any injury or condition that arises during or after Treatment if it is due to a pre-existing condition the Client did not disclose, or if the Client fails to follow the Therapist's recommendations.
The Therapist is insured for professional liability. Details of the insurance policy are available upon request.
Confidentiality
The Therapist will keep all Client information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Disclaimer
The Therapist does not guarantee specific results from Treatment. The effectiveness of sports massage therapy varies from person to person.
Consent
By booking an appointment and receiving Treatment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
