Booking Information
Parking is free on “The Parade” at Brentwood station from 9.30am-4.30pm on weekdays for 2 hours.
Parking is free on King Edward Road and surrounding roads from 5pm weekdays and weekends. Please park on the single yellow lines only and not in the parking bays as these are permit only.
For longer parking on weekdays, please use Brentwood Station main car park (CM14 4EW) or Coptfold multi-story (CM14 4FA)
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge, and same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
SPMU appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in loss of the £50 deposit. SPMU appointments also follow the general cancellation policy above. This means that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% treatment charge, and same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
A valid card is required to secure your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree that any applicable cancellation or no show fees will be charged to the card on file.
Please note: If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, this will be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.
