I visited Gemma initially from a friend’s recommendation as they were really happy with there results .Ive found Gemma very friendly & accommodating as well as being very professional.and extremely reasonable with her treatment prices.My appointment was for brow lamination, and have since rebooked & also considering other treatments that she has to offer. Would happily recommend her, don’t think anyone wouldn’t be happy with her service definitely worth the 5 stars

Gemma took her time to discuss throughly the procedure of changing my brow shape after I'd let them grow out for several weeks. She took her time mapping my brows out proficiently, ensuring I was happy with the shape, and making changes where I wasn't. Once I was happy, she proceeded to reshape my brows. I have 2 recently healed eyebrow piercings that I'm not confident removing and replacing myself yet, so Gemma worked around them to accommodate my needs. She confirmed with me I was happy and put some wax oil on my brows to soothe them. Then onto a dermaplaning facial. Gemma made sure I was comfortable and adjusted the heating, lighting, and music to my preference. We had minimal chat during the facial other than explaining which way I need to turn my head. Prior to starting the facial, Gemma discussed my skin needs in depth, and she decided to use the sensitive products for my skin. Gemma opened the surgical grade blade required for my facial in front of me. The studio is clean, well stocked, comfortable, ambient, and Gemma is incredibly understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend Gemma and her studio. I feel very pretty and calm and happy now. I dont touch my face often so it was lovely having Gemmas very professional skill set taking care of me.
