Gemma is an absolute hero! If you haven't gotten your LVL with her you are truly missing out. I booked last month last minute before my holiday and luckily she managed to squeeze me in for which I am so grateful. Reason being, is that she 1000% did the best job ever of my lash lift. I've been to other places in the past and the lift had been way too curled and turned out horrendous. Gemma however, has absolutely smashed it and they still to this day almost one full month after have stayed in place perfectly and haven't twisted or anything. I bought her own personal lash gel which has been incredibly helpful I use it every day and every night. I'll be booking in again this week! I'm now an every month loyal customer to Gemma and I've never been able to say that before about any other lash tech in the past. Thank you so much Gemma you truly are a cut above. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this Idian head massage was wonderful. I felt very relaxed and much calmer afterwards. A lovely atmosphere and great experience will definitely rebook. Would highly recommend

Well I am so pleased with my treatment from the booking to going for treatment. Gemma asked me to do a medical form and pay a deposit which was easy to do. Then I booked for treatment for the day I wanted. Which was for today. Arrived and greeted by Gemma sat in waiting room just for short time. Then went into treatment room sat down Gemma discussed things with me in detail so friendly and made to feel welcome She then started treatment so comfy. Felt relaxed. The treatment was so relaxing and she spoke to ask if pressure was ok. Relaxing calming music in background. I suffer with Migraines and this Indian head massage was relaxing she worked the areas neck shoulders and the scalp massage was perfect. Overall this treatment and Gemma was caring and gentle. I will defo go back and try a facial and also again Indian head massage 5 star rating excellent thank u so much
