By booking an appointment with Brentwood Skin & Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Cancellations I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge, and same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

A valid card is required to secure your booking. By booking, you agree that any applicable cancellation or no show fees will be charged to the card on file.

Lateness If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, this will be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

Consultations & Suitability Some treatments may require a consultation or completion of a medical and consent form prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not deemed suitable for your skin, health, or wellbeing based on the information provided.

Results & Aftercare Results may vary from person to person. Following the recommended aftercare advice is essential to achieve the best possible results.
