By booking an appointment with Brentwood Skin & Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Cancellations

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge, and same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

A valid card is required to secure your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree that any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.

Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) Bookings

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) appointments to secure your booking.

SPMU appointments may be rescheduled up to two times only, with a minimum of 72 hours notice. After two reschedules, a new £50 deposit will be required to rebook.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in loss of the £50 deposit.

SPMU appointments also follow the general cancellation policy above. This means that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% treatment charge, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Lateness

If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, this will be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

Consultations & Suitability

Some treatments may require a consultation or completion of a medical and consent form prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not deemed suitable for your skin, health, or wellbeing based on the information provided.

Results & Aftercare

Results may vary from person to person. Following the recommended aftercare advice is essential to achieve the best possible results.
