Headspa Aftercare
• Avoid washing your hair or scalp for 24 hours after your appointment
• Avoid direct hot heat for 48 hours (hair dryers, straighteners, saunas, steam rooms)
• Avoid colouring, toning, bleaching or medicated shampoos for 48 hours
• Be gentle when brushing and avoid tight hairstyles for 24–48 hours
• Protect your scalp from sun exposure for 48 hours
• Massage your scalp regularly to support circulation, hair health and relaxation
• Book a headspa every 4–6 weeks for the best long-term results
Facial Aftercare
• Avoid touching your face for the next few hours to allow products to absorb fully
• Avoid heavy makeup, retinoids, acids or exfoliants for 24–48 hours
• Avoid heat, sweating and UV exposure for 24–48 hours (saunas, gyms, sunbeds, steam rooms)
• Use gentle skincare only - no harsh scrubs or active ingredients
• Drink plenty of water to support skin hydration
• Change your pillowcase tonight for the freshest possible skin
• Book your facial every 2–4 weeks for glowing, consistent results
Brow & Lash Aftercare
• Avoid getting your lashes or brows wet for 24 hours
• Avoid steam, saunas or excessive heat for 24 hours
• Avoid touching, rubbing or sleeping directly on lashes or brows
• Avoid makeup, oils or creams on the area for 24 hours
• Keep lashes and brows nourished with a conditioning serum or oil
• Gently brush lashes and brows daily to keep them in place
• Avoid waterproof mascara as it can be drying
• Be gentle when cleansing around the eye area
• Results typically last 6–8 weeks depending on your hair cycle and aftercare
ASMR Soft Touch / Back Tickling / Hair Play
• Drink water afterwards - your nervous system has relaxed deeply
• Avoid heavy pressure massages, saunas or intense exercise for 12 hours to maintain the calming effect
• If you feel floaty or sleepy, that’s completely normal - take it easy for the rest of the day
• Brush hair gently if you had hair play, especially if you’re prone to tangling
• If you have any nervous system sensitivities, give yourself a quiet, relaxed evening
Combination Packages (Energy Rituals & Extended Treatments)
• Follow the headspa and facial aftercare advice above
• If your ritual included energy cleansing or breathwork, be gentle with yourself and drink plenty of water
• Emotional releases are normal - allow yourself time to rest, relax and ground afterwards
