I had the Ultimate Harmony Head Spa followed by a curly blow. Cait is such a beautiful person ✨ who made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the minute I walked in, which from an anxious girly, means everything. The head spa was incredible, loved every single thing about it. I felt so relaxed and calm. It was everything I hoped for and more, and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! I will definitely be back. It’s such a beautiful way to treat yourself and switch off from the world for a few hours. Cait does some breath work and mindfulness during the session and at the end she said some beautiful things, and really made me feel seen and valued. I was genuinely speechless once she’d finished. Love that she offers curly blow drys. So that you can continue to relax and aren’t just rushing out the door once you’ve finished your head spa. It really is a special touch at the end of your treatment xx

I bought my mum a headspa and me for Mother’s Day so it was something we could do together. Cait made us so welcome she is so lovely! Personally after I felt like a new woman sinuses cleared up, mentally felt amazing and so comfortable! Cait is such an amazing woman who can make you feel amazing so quickly! I will deffo be booking again couldn’t recommend her enough! :)

I had the most incredible experience at Cait Alivia Wellness, which literally left me speechless. I booked the blissful reset head spa, my first time experiencing a head spa and now I won’t be able to live without it! The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing. I can’t begin to explain how comfortable Cait made me feel, as an anxious person I felt completely safe and welcomed, and like I could talk about anything. Had my first appointment with Cait a couple of weeks ago, the whole thing was the most lovely and relaxing experience, she spent some time before she started getting to know me and then incorporated this into my session which I was not expecting and led to me feeling so emotional at the end but in a really positive way, I booked in again with her straight after the session and cant wait for it

Thank you so much for the gorgeous facial, it was absolutely unreal! I can’t tell you how amazing it felt to be back in the zen zone, completely relaxed and able to switch off from everything for a while. It was such a treat to forget about all the worries and just enjoy the calm and care. My skin feels incredible, and I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and so much lighter.
