I’ve honestly found my ultimate form of relaxation with Cait. I’ve always used massage as a way to unwind, but it never quite gave me the complete switch-off I was looking for. This treatment is on a completely different level. From the moment it started, both my mind and body fully let go — something I’ve never experienced before. It’s a total reset, deeply calming and incredibly restorative. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more relaxed than I ever have after any massage. If you’re looking for true relaxation rather than just relief, I can’t recommend Cait enough.

I couldn’t recommend Cait enough I was left feeling so relaxed more relaxed then I’ve been since having my little boy a year ago, the treatment was everything and more I can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks for another treatment

I came to Cait for the sacred serenity headspa and facial. Cait was so welcoming! I came to the headspa with a lot of built up stress and left feeling so relaxed, my hair smelling absolutely gorgeous and my face feeling so smooth😌 Couldn’t recommend Cait enough! Can’t wait to book again very soon☺️

I had the most incredible experience at Cait Alivia Head Spa. From the moment I arrived, Cait Alivia made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. She has such a calming presence, and you can genuinely feel how much she loves what she does. The treatment itself was pure bliss soothing, gentle, and unbelievably relaxing. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling refreshed, de-stressed, and so well looked after.
