I had the pleasure of having the Scared serenity treatment today with Cait. It was amazing on of the best treatments i have ever had from start to finish. I love how Cait takes time to get to know you before your treatment and tailor the treatment to your needs. Will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone.

Wow, I can’t even put into words how amazing my treatment with cait was, it was such a sacred calm space I have never felt so relaxed and it takes a lot for me to relax especially being adhd but wow I just felt incredible, such a lovely soul and I really can’t wait for my next treatment she can’t get rid of me now😂

I’ve been to another head spa locally before, but this didn’t compare at all. This was a full wellbeing experience from start to finish. I loved that Cait took the time to really get to know me so she could tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed. The face and arm massages were so relaxing, and the little sauna box (not sure of the technical name!) was honestly bliss. The difference in my scalp before and after was massive. One thing that really stood out was the summary Cait did at the end. It genuinely helped me realise how far I’ve come personally and reminded me to give myself kindness and grace. Even getting my hair dried while we chatted felt like part of the experience. I walked out feeling like a new woman and I’m so glad I invested in some much‑needed me time Highly recommend ❤️

I Was booked in today for the stillpoint massage. Honestly couldn’t recommend Cait enough! It was my first time at the clinic and She made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted. She is amazing at what she does and I will definitely be booking back in and recommending to my friends!

Stillpoint Massage Ritual 🤍 This was my first treatment with Cait, she was so welcoming and made me feel like she had all of the time in the world for me. Amazing Japanese head spa, beautiful and relaxing in a really cozy and inviting space. Cait really takes time to be person centred in her care and is the real deal. Authentic, nourishing gorgeousness. Will without doubt be returning. Thank you so much I feel replenished 🙏🏽💚
