To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all clients, please take a moment to read the following:
Appointments & Bookings
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Bookings can be made through my online booking link.
• If you have any questions, please feel free to message me directly.
Deposits
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Your appointment is not secured until this deposit has been paid.
• The deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day.
• Deposits can be transferred to a new date with 48+ hours’ notice.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice = deposit forfeited and a new one is required.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You’ll receive a reminder text 3 days before your appointment, giving you the option to cancel or reschedule.
• You can manage your appointment via the ‘Manage My Booking’ button in your confirmation email.
• Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited.
• Cancellations made under 24 hours will result in the remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
• If this payment does not go through automatically, a payment link will be sent to complete the balance.
• All communication must be made directly with me (@caitalivia_co | 07565046518).
• As I am self-employed, the salon and other professionals are not responsible for my bookings or client communication.
Gift Voucher, Credit & Discount Policy
• Gift vouchers, store credit and discount codes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once a voucher or credit has been assigned to an appointment, it cannot be changed, swapped for another treatment, or refunded.
• Discounted vouchers must remain booked as the treatment they were purchased for — they can be upgraded, but not exchanged or used against alternative services, unless otherwise discussed/agreed.
• All vouchers and credit must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.
• Lost, expired or unredeemed vouchers/credit cannot be replaced or extended.
• By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to these terms to help ensure fair use and accurate tracking.
Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean your treatment needs to be shortened or rescheduled.
• The full treatment fee will still apply.
Treatment Requirements
HeadSpa Treatments Cannot Be Carried Out If:
• You have head lice
• Your hair is freshly dyed
• Hair is severely damaged from chemical exposure
• You are currently pregnant
• You are undergoing medical treatment or procedures that contraindicate the service
Extensions
Extensions are welcome, however please be aware that headspa treatments may affect the wear, longevity and retention of hair extensions.
For best results, it is advised to have your treatment during a break from extensions where possible.
Facial Treatments
My facials are holistic, non-invasive and use gentle, skin-friendly products.
However, facials cannot be carried out if:
• You have active skin infections
• You are experiencing open wounds, active acne lesions or severe inflammation
• You are using strong medical-grade skincare (e.g., retinoids, prescription creams) unless cleared by your practitioner
• You have recently had chemical peels, micro-needling or cosmetic procedures that require downtime
• You have known allergies to skincare products or ingredients used within the treatment

Children & Consent
• Clients aged 4+ years can receive treatment with written parental consent.
• A parent/guardian must remain on-site for the full appointment (there is a waiting area available)
