So avoid picking with them & be careful opening cans. And certainly no nibbling or biting your nails!
Water is super dehydrating, so wear gloves when washing up & keep them out of the tub when bathing.
OIL OIL OIL. It’s never too much, but as a ballpark number, you should be using it twice a day, minimum.
I also sell some in the studio, so purchase a pen at your next appointment.
After putting suncream on, give your nails a wipe as it can dull the shine of the topcoat.
💎 Tooth Gems 💎
Don’t touch or play excessively with your gem, it may feel a little weird at first, but I promise it’ll subside after a few days.
Don’t eat for 2 hours after your appointment, then only eat soft foods for the next 12 hours. Think pasta, rice, jelly etc.
Avoid eating into hard foods like, apples, corn on the cob etc, cut them into smaller pieces where possible & for as long as you want your gems to last.
You may drink, smoke and kiss immediately after your appointment.
Don’t brush your teeth for 12 hours after your appointment, then start using a soft bristle toothbrush thereafter.
If you’d like to remove your gem, you can do so by visiting your dentist for a scale and polish.
