Please note, appointments can only be rescheduled or cancelled for free up to 48 hours before your appointment. This allows time for me to fill your slot.

If you give less than 48 hours notice it’s a fee of 50% of your total appointment.

Less than 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100% of your appointment.

No shows may be blocked from booking again, so please allow time if you need to cancel.

If you’re running late please drop me a message, anything over 20 minutes can result in a late fee of £10 or your service may need to be cancelled if time doesn’t allow and you will be charged for the full amount of the service booked.

Sometimes I may be overrunning from a previous client. I will give you as much notice as I can, so please keep an eye out on your Instagram/email.

If you’re feeling under the weather please reschedule your appointment. In some cases I’m happy for the appointment to go ahead if you wear a mask - but please let me know ahead of time so I can confirm this. I’m self employed and don’t receive sick pay, so need to be strict.

You can only downgrade the service you've booked up to 48 hours before your appointment. There can be no downgrading during your appointment, this ensures my calendar is fully optimised. Where time allows, I’m happy to upgrade to a higher tier.

Please note, I only work with Gel products, I will not remove acrylic and will turn you away if you come to your appointment with anything other than gel on. This will then fall under as a late cancellation and you will be charged for the full amount of the service booked.

But that being said, I am happy to do art on top of a fresh set of CLEAR extensions. I won’t have time to remove colour, so ensure they are clear/plain. - Just give me a heads up prior to your appointment though, as I may ask for a photo.

Upon booking, your card details will be taken incase of any late fees or no show charges.

I accept full payment at the end of your service through either cash, bank transfer or PayPal. I also sell e-gift cards and these can be used, just make sure you’ve got it downloaded for me to scan.
