Please follow the advice below after you have finished your treatment with Amanda.
- Please drink plenty of water following your treatment. This enables “knots“ that have been broken down to vacate the body as well as rehydrate the skin and body after other treatments.
- Please do not use Sun Beds or heated body treatments for 48 hours before or after a wax as this can irritate the skin and cause issues.
- Please avoid exercise or friction to waxed areas as this can cause irritation, infection and pain.
- Please try to have some downtime after your appointment to allow for continued relaxation to mind and body.
- Avoid heavy meals before and just after a treatment as it can not only feel uncomfortable to lay down but it can impact the effects of a massage/reflexology/reiki treatment due to the relaxed effect on the digestive system.
- Give yourself permission to relax and snuggle up at home ☺️
