Reiki with Amanda 24th Feb. Just had a Reiki session the Chill Out Centre with Amanda. This was my first ever Reiki, and omg what a truly incredible experience this was from start to finish in the most chilled comfortable setting. Its so hard to describe how I felt afterwards but I felt a feeling of being lighter, something had lifted. It was mind blowing !!!!! Amanda is one amazing Reiki Practitioner and has a beautiful soul.

Had a great neck, shoulder and back massage with reflexology. Very calming and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. I will be returning for future treatment.
