Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice; otherwise, a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be incurred. If an appointment is missed without prior notification, a full charge of 100% of the treatment cost will apply. As a professional therapist, I maintain a respectful environment, and any inappropriate messages or behaviour will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
