Please note we understand if you need to cancel, but a no show you will be charged £25 .Please let us know within 24hrs of your allocated time . I cannot recommend Chris highly enough, she is an absolute angel. I called her, explaining the delicate & time pressured situation I was in, and she was so kind & understanding, & went completely out of her way to fit my Dad in. When she arrived for the home visit, she was absolutely wonderful. Very reassuring, very warm & friendly & so lovely. The end result was brilliant, and made such a difference to my Dad. 5 stars is not enough for this lovely lady, and I am so grateful to her. Cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
