I cannot recommend Chris highly enough, she is an absolute angel. I called her, explaining the delicate & time pressured situation I was in, and she was so kind & understanding, & went completely out of her way to fit my Dad in. When she arrived for the home visit, she was absolutely wonderful. Very reassuring, very warm & friendly & so lovely. The end result was brilliant, and made such a difference to my Dad. 5 stars is not enough for this lovely lady, and I am so grateful to her. Cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

I had a great experience with my ear issue treatment. Everything was explained clearly, and Chris was very kind, patient, and professional. The appointment was offered same day, home visit. The procedure was comfortable, and the results were immediate. I would definitely return and recommend this service to others.
