Conor is professional and takes his time to understand your issues and concerns. I've now been a couple of times for a sport massage, each time for a different issue (knee pain, lower back pain, tight hip flexors). I've always left feeling so much better! Conor also provides follow-up exercises to prevent further issues.

I had the best sport massage from Conor! He is so knowledgeable and really tailors the treatment to you. I had cupping for the first time as well, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I will be back.

As someone who leads a relatively active lifestyle with work & hobbies, this sports massage was just what was needed! I've been having physio elsewhere for lower back & neck pain, and Conor was great at complementing the work myself & my physio have been doing, as well as recommending other exercises I can be doing to help. As well as being super knowledgeable, the session was great banter and I felt immediately at ease. Highly recommend!

Been to Conor a couple times for sports massage and each time has been a great experience. He always takes the time to find out any particular issues and works them through during the session, which has always helped sort the problem out. Very good at explaining what is happening and what working on a particular muscle group will help which does put you at ease if you’re a bit nervous - especially as a sports massage can be a bit sore! Highly recommended!

Conor once again was massive help with my gym journey. Accurately assessed where my back pain was rooted and worked through it during the sports massage session. Felt so light at the end of it I went home skipping steps! Cannot recommend this guy enough :)

I have been twice for a sports massage and each time the service Conor provided was excellent. He made me feel very at ease during the massage and I felt much better following the treatment. In the days following the massages, Conor checked in to see how I was feeling. It is clear how passionate he is about helping clients feel physically better. I highly recommend CMG Sports Massage.

Had a cupping from Conor at the beginning of January due to hamstring not playing nice. Had me back out and running and squatting with no pain or niggles 🏋️🙌🏻
