Fiona gave me an excellent deep tissue back, shoulder and arm massage. I loved the gentle arm stretches she did at the end and they have really eased my whole arms and shoulders. I had also mentioned a flare up of sciatica, and she did something magic to my back that gave me instant pain relief from that too.

I had an amazing massage with Fiona. I have been suffering from sciatica for over two years, and she knew exactly which muscles needed attention. Her massage is gentle yet incredibly effective. I don’t usually relax easily during a massage, but with Fiona it was a completely different experience. She is calm, really listens to you, and takes her time to understand what your body needs. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with real relief in my pain. I highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking for a truly skilled and caring therapist.

Complete Calm Massage is exactly what it says! I look forward to my monthly restorative massage with Fiona - her knowledge, care and expertise in pain management are second to none, and have really helped me. The massage room is a quiet, safe, beautifully decorated space, and Fiona listens to what you need and offers advice and self care alongside her treatments. I would most definitely recommend.
