Aftercare Instructions
To get the best results from your treatment, please follow these aftercare tips.
Massage & Hot Stone Massage
- Drink plenty of water afterward to help flush out toxins.
- Avoid heavy exercise immediately after.
- For hot stone massages, avoid very hot showers or baths for a few hours to allow your body to fully relax.
- Take it easy and listen to your body for the rest of the day.
Manicure & Pedicure (Normal, Gel, Builder)
- Normal: Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged water exposure for 24 hours; moisturize hands/feet and cuticles daily.
- Gel / Builder: Do not pick, peel, or file nails yourself. Wear gloves when cleaning. Book professional removal appointments only.
- Avoid tight shoes after pedicures to prevent irritation.
Waxing (Body & Intimate
- Avoid hot baths, saunas, sunbathing, and tight clothing for 24 hours.
- Apply soothing lotion or aloe if needed.
- For intimate areas, avoid sexual activity for 24 hours and exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
Brows & Facial Waxing
- Avoid touching or rubbing the area for 24 hours.
- Avoid makeup immediately after treatment.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong acids (like retinols) on the area for at least 72 hours.
- Apply gentle moisturizer or soothing serum if recommended.
