I highly recommend doing a series of spinal energetics with Ebb & Flow Alchemy. After doing years of psychotherapy I learned that psychotherapy can't solve everything. I know and feel things have been released from my body, my dreams are talking to me more than ever, my body is starting to let me feel safe. Like a lot of people, I was mostly running on autopilot, I feel very present and almost carefree. I see that spinal energetics was the missing part of my healing journey. Zoey made me feel safe and supported, I love her warm energy and care for me before, during and after each treatment.

I don't believe in perfect, but the facial i received from Zoe was very much this. I was deeply relaxed due to the particular techniques Zoe used. My face on day two is radient and glowing. I also slept so well not only due to the tenderness she puts into the facial but the head massage, which is included. Zoe has clear expertise with an intention set to ensure that the experience is sexond to none.

I just had the most incredible holistic facial with Zoey at Ebb + Flow and I am still floating! From the moment I arrived, Zoey created such a calm, nurturing atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a sanctuary. Her touch is intuitive and deeply grounding, and every element of the treatment felt thoughtfully curated and energetically aligned. The facial itself was so much more than skincare, it was a full-body, soul-soothing experience. My skin was glowing, but more than that, I left feeling restored on every level: physically, emotionally, and energetically. Zoey has a gift, not just for holistic beauty, but for holding space and truly seeing what you need. Zoey's holistic facial is a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience and felt like so much more than just a facial. I was able to totally switch off and allow myself to be cared for. The combination of Zoey's warm and calming energy and experience, her deeply soothing massage techniques and the beautiful natural products plus a lovely venue makes for a really special experience. Rose is one of my favourite scents and I particularly loved the rose toner and mask. My skin was glowing and healthy afterwards and I slept really well the night after the treatment. I will definitely be back for more!

My facial was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Zoey has such a warm, grounding presence and takes a really holistic approach. The skincare range she used smelt amazing and left my skin feeling fantastic. I’d highly recommend.

Such an amazing full body experiential treatment. I left feeling relaxed and supported. My sleep was better and the treatment really eased my body’s aches and my it gave me so much general energy. Would highly recommend!
