She talked me through what we would be doing at our appointment. The whole experience gets a 10/10 from me. I loved it and will 100% be booking again. I have also recommended to everyone I know. I have been wanting to book a Japanese head spa for about a year now and my friend purchased me a treatment for my birthday. I am blown away by the experience I've had this evening. Jade is extremely welcoming & knowledgeable about hair/scalp health, she made the effort to add celebration decorations for my birthday and to even include a glass of fizz. The products she uses are high including brands such as Moroccan oil, which frankly is worth every penny! The room set up is very relaxing, she's thought of every detail to make your appointment an experience of the senses! I even left with a mini thank you care package for my custom! I truly cannot thank Jade enough for my experience and I will be booking again in the future! Thank you for making my evening so special and for making my first treatment everything I'd hoped!

Best experience! Jade is so welcoming and has done an amazing job in the services that she offers. She knew I had booked as a pre birthday treat and had put up some balloons, a banner and a glass of Prosecco along with a care package. The treatment itself was incredible!! We booked my mum in with Jade for a 60th birthday surprise, Jade went above and beyond to make mums treat so special!! Jade put a banner and balloons up, Prosecco was waiting and mum left with a little care package. Cannot thank Jade enough for the effort she went to, mum was so happy with her treatment and cannot wait to book again 🫶🏻

I cannot rate this highly enough! Not only is Jade a lovely, lovely person (I’d never met her before I went for a head spa, so no bribery here!) but she is an absolute professional who seriously knows what she’s doing. Every part of the experience - from the initial welcome, to the scalp inspection (freaky stuff) to explaining the process fully as this was my first time - was an absolute joy. I felt like no question was too small or stupid. Jade was really easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed it. 5 out of 5 stars, no notes! Please go, you won’t regret it!

Jade has such a calming presence and really takes the time to understand any concerns you have with your hair and scalp. She approaches everything with care and patience, and her expertise truly shows. After my treatment, my hair and scalp felt incredibly clean, refreshed and healthy. You can tell Jade has years of experience and genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing. Eden Retreat is a beautiful space and I highly recommend booking in, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had the most fantastic experience at Eden’s Retreat! It was my first time ever having a beauty treatment where I actually fell asleep—that’s how relaxing it was. From start to finish, the atmosphere was pure bliss. The head massage, calming music, and soothing scents all worked together to create the most peaceful experience. What made it even more special is that I had my little boy with me, and despite that, I still felt completely relaxed and cared for. Were so understanding and welcoming, making sure we were both comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for pure relaxation and a moment to switch off, I can’t recommend Eden’s Retreat enough. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and already wanting to book my next visit!

Eden's retreat is absolutely divine! Such a enjoyable and relaxing experience. Jade is really lovely and welcoming. I absolutely love any kind of hair treatment and there were so many different head and scalp massage elements to the treatment which I absolutely loved. I took my daughter for an under 16s experience and it was just amazing! My little girl is turning 10 and it was the perfect introduction to relaxation. She was almost nodding off! Jade was great with her, and my daughter wants to come back tomorrow! We will definitely be back soon... but probably not tomorrow lol. Thanks Jade!
