At Eden’s Retreat, your time and experience are incredibly important. To ensure the smooth running of appointments and fairness to all clients, please take a moment to read the following:
Booking fee A £10 booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This booking is non-refundable. However, it is transferable if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your booking time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be shortened or, in some cases, cancelled. This is to avoid disruption to other clients. If you are running late, please contact me at your earliest convenience to keep me informed.
Consultation Forms All consultation forms must be completed prior to your appointment and filled in accurately and honestly. Failure to complete your consultation form, or providing incorrect information, may result in your appointment being cancelled. This also voids insurance coverage, meaning treatments cannot be carried out.
