I have been wanting to book a Japanese head spa for about a year now and my friend purchased me a treatment for my birthday. I am blown away by the experience I've had this evening. Jade is extremely welcoming & knowledgeable about hair/scalp health, she made the effort to add celebration decorations for my birthday and to even include a glass of fizz. The products she uses are high including brands such as Moroccan oil, which frankly is worth every penny! The room set up is very relaxing, she's thought of every detail to make your appointment an experience of the senses! I even left with a mini thank you care package for my custom! I truly cannot thank Jade enough for my experience and I will be booking again in the future! Thank you for making my evening so special and for making my first treatment everything I'd hoped!

came to edens retreat as a birthday present for the first time and loved every second of it . from the moment i walked in i was welcomed and was made very comfy from the beginning. the knowledge and information i left with was very helpful and will definitely take on board. i chose to be chatty whilst having my treatment not silent and not once did it feel awkward and the conversations just flowed so wouldn’t worry as jade was lovely to speak to . will definitely be going again thanks jade for the best treatment and experience.
