Following your appointment you may have received an aftercare card, please familiarise yourself with the do's and don't suggestions to ensure your treatment settles optimally and you reduce the risks of bruising or infection.
It is important to stay well hydrated, to avoid sun exposure / alcohol and to avoid the gym / hot tubs or saunas for 24 hours. Follow a gentle skin care routine on night one and, if you have had either microneedling or a chemical peel, do not exfoliate for 7-10 days minimum.
Avoid touching your face to help reduce the possibility of infection at the injection sites.
